

Fifth Generation Restaurateur and classically trained in Nice, Chef Sebastien has a hands on approach to Cooking Classes which keeps the atmosphere fun while being both informative and interactive.
Whether you consider yourself Culinary Challenged or Captain of the Kitchen, there is always more to learn and discover. Personal attention offered by the limited class size will make sure you don’t miss a beat. All classes will start with our Signature French Homemade Vinaigrette, and the Class Menu has included treats like Vegetable Lasagna, Chicken Curry, Tomato Tarte Tatin, Buche de Noel, Endives Gratin, Chocolate & Cognac Truffle, and Fish en Papillote.
Starting this year there will be a Kids Cooking Class offered Sunday afternoons. They will feature more accessible delicacies your child will be able to create and enjoy for a lifetime. All classes are held in the restaurant kitchen and the cost is $32.50 per session per person plus tax and tips. After your lesson, Chef Sebastien will also include lunch and soft drinks.
